Hillsborough County Animal Ordinance 00-26, Section 14, requires immediate removal of waste from all public areas and private property of owners. Our HOA governing documents prohibit parking on the grass, easements or sidewalks associated with any lot or common area. Any vehicle parked on HOA common area is at risk of being towed at the owner’s expense. Commercial vehicles are only allowed on a temporary, short-term basis while vendors perform services for homeowners. Street parking should be used as a last resort. When parking on the street, always ensure that there’s enough room for an emergency vehicle to safely pass.
